Server Rules

1. Respect & Conduct

• Treat all players and staff with respect.
• No harassment, hate speech, or targeted toxicity.
• Keep OOC drama out of the city — use Discord tickets for disputes.

2. Roleplay Standards

• Stay in character while on the server.
• Use /ooc sparingly and only when necessary.
• Reciprocate roleplay offered to you — this is an RP server first.

3. Combat Rules

• No RDM — you need verbal RP and initiation before combat.
• No VDM — do not use vehicles as weapons without valid RP context.
• Always leave the other party options for counterplay.

4. Fair Play

• No metagaming — only use information your character learned in-city.
• No powergaming — do not force outcomes on other players.
• Value your life when threatened with realistic consequences.

5. Character & Memory

• Do not mix knowledge, money, or relationships between characters.
• On incapacitation, you cannot remember events from the moment you went down until revived.
• Respawning clears memory of what led to your incapacitation.

6. Staff & Appeals

• Staff decisions during active scenes are final.
• Open a Discord ticket to appeal or report rule breaks after RP concludes.
• Provide POV or evidence when submitting reports.
